What happens on the days after your wedding or after the post-wedding photoshoot and after-wedding party if there were one?

That’s very easy, your emotions are running high and you’re constantly remembering special moments. Faces, conversations, dances and situations will constantly come to mind. And the photos… Many photos!

Each of you will live every moment in a different way and then the time will come to exchange impressions and find out what you missed or where you were when this or that happened. And of course, see even more photos and videos.

When the euphoria wears off on the days afterwards, we realize that life continues, apart from the continuous texts and calls.

The first thing we’ll probably have to pack a suitcase to leave for our dream destination honeymoon, without leaving anything essential behind. For this same reason we have a list prepared days in advance, even a half-packed suitcase is better than none!

Afterwards our dresses and suits may have suffered misfortunes (stains, wear and tears of the day etc.) and therefore will have to take it to a trusted dry cleaners immediately. We should always make sure that they will be handled with plenty of care, especially if they are made from unique materials or colors that may suffer fading or running. And if you can’t be certain, my advice is to look for another launderette rather than to risk them being ruined.

We will also have to gather all of the remaining decorations, personal elements, gifts, etc. It is best to plan ahead of time where you will temporarily be keeping them in your home. It will help to avoid chaos at home until you decide its place.

Another uncertainty that may come up is what to do with your flower bouquet, where to preserve it, keep or display it. Many options are available, such as bell jars, frames with depth to display them better or you could even have a necklace made with one of its flowers. Nowadays, almost anything is possible.

And what about the photos we are sent by the guests? What do we do?

When you’re receiving plenty of photos, the best option is to store them all in a folder on your computer. This way, you can calmly filter through them, deleting any with bad quality or some that were duplicated. We’ll always find incredible photos, and in order for these to not simply stay in the folder till the next time you view them, we could print them out for a physical album or make a homemade video with them by adding a soundtrack.

We’ll always have a fun memory to enjoy.
